Christmas Dinner has always been a special event for Montgo Vegetarians, and this year we are
pleased to offer the following menu from Phil and Hazel at Al Gusto in Denia. The menu price of €16 includes
bread, ali oli, a glass of house wine and either dessert or coffee.
Last month at Sofias we were turning people away, so book early - ¡Feliz

Spiced sweet potato and ginger soup with fresh coriander

Herb tartlet filled with spinach, leeks and cream cheese, topped with a poached egg and
glazed with parmesan cheese

Avocado, cream cheese and walnut pate, served with a salad garnish and garlic
toast

Vegetable and nut pilaf, topped with rocket and roasted cherry
tomatoes

Grilled goat’s cheese and vegetable tower, topped with caramelised red onion and a herb
crust, served with a roasted red pepper coulis

Red pepper filled with wild mushroom fricassee, topped with a herb and garlic crumb, and
served on a bed of whole wheat spaghetti
