Costa Blanca Markets

Shopping for fruit and vegetables in local markets is a major part of Spanish tradition, as well as being one of
the most cost effective ways to buy the best local produce. As a vegetarian or vegan a lot of your nutrition
comes from fruit, veg and salad - and so much of it is grown here in Spain, there is lots to choose from and
enjoy. Both prices and choice can be far better in markets than in the shops and supermarkets they supply, so
grab a shopping bag and join the crowds, to see what takes your fancy.
